Genesis is a good company. They're better than good - they're great. The personal service that you get when you order any product is amazing. Randy Ramirez and company are a class act. I have felt welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout my relationship with them, and I doubt that the level of service they offer can be found anywhere else in the industry.
That said, this company is about more than just heart and soul: it is about quality and choice. Ever since I got my first kit, I have gotten nothing but great feedback from sound engineers and audiences all over the nation. The drums tune up easily and sound great right out of the box. It's truly awesome. These guys know what they're doing.
